Once you purchase the box through OneBox TV, are there any additional monthly charges?
If you use the Heat Live, Heat Ultra, Heat VOD, VOD Ultra, VOD Ultra Plus, or Backup By Heat platforms (all loaded on your box), there are no additional monthly charges.
Other apps are loaded into box (for example, YouTube, Netflix, and others). If you decide to use these apps, they could require a subscription with that company.

There is a manufacturers warranty of 30 days if there is a issue with your box and it is not working correctly.
